Team compares tentative valuation with the copy of empanelment letter to check the bracked & protoma invoice is shared to get approval with 10% variatio, conveyance charges if any to inform management team to read & to visiting team to get physical inspection.

Visit Team

Our experts conduct a physical site visit to inspect the property & capture onsite data & photographs to share it to processing team.

Processing Team

Our team prepares a detailed valuation report covering:
